Steve, COO, has significant experience in Direct Marketing and Web content and commerce strategy. Previously, he was a Principal Consultant in the Strategic Change Practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers' Management Consulting division, where he focused on developing growth and marketing strategies for Media and Telecommunications companies. Steve has also worked at Reader's Digest Association, where he was part of the team that developed the company's initial Internet strategy and global Web site focusing on leveraging that company's offline content, database and direct marketing assets on the Web. In addition, Steve has advised on and/or written business plans for several traditional media companies as well as for Internet start-ups. He received a B.A. from Northwestern University and an M.B.A. from Columbia University.
