Pat, Director of Optimization and Analysis, was previously a senior member of the loyalty modeling team at American Express. There he built several response, attrition, revenue and call routing models and used advanced Multi-Variate Testing methods to design and analyze the results of several tests. Prior to that, Pat provided regular experimental design and modeling consultation for three years through the Cornell departmental consulting service. Pat has also been an economics instructor at Truckee Meadows Community College in Nevada and an intern at both Kellogg's and the RAND Corporation. He holds a master's degree in statistics from Cornell University, a master's degree in math from the University of Nevada and a master's degree in economics from the University of Colorado.
