Jim C. Chang
Jim, Vice President of Marketing, brings more than 18 years of marketing experience to HotSocket. Jim was most recently Executive Vice President-Strategic Business Development, e-Ventures, at Information Resources Inc, a provider of business insights for consumer packaged goods. There, Jim established IRI's branded presence in the Internet space. He launched e-Scan, IRI's first analytical Internet product, enabling packaged goods marketers to directly link off-line purchase behavior with online surfing behavior. Previously, Jim was a Principle in the Marketing Consulting Division at Marketing Corporation of America, a leading marketing strategy consulting firm. Jim spent 15 years in various brand management positions in the consumer packaged goods industry at General Foods, Nabisco, and Reckitt & Colman plc. Jim received his B.A. from Columbia and his M.B.A. from Wharton.
